Her expertise spans ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety Management), and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management), enabling her to deliver practical management systems tailored to each organisation’s needs. 

Throughout her career, Agnes has worked with a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large, multi-site operations, providing end-to-end support from initial gap analysis through to certification and continual improvement. She combines technical accuracy with a people-focused approach, ensuring every management system adds measurable value and strengthens organisational performance.
